Pharmacy Weight Loss Brecon is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Brecon, United Kingdom. We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription medication services to eligible patients.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Our assessments are conducted in line with current NICE guidelines and clinical best practice.
All prescription medicines are issued only following a thorough clinical assessment. A valid prescription will be generated by a qualified, GPhC-registered prescriber. Prescriptions cannot be transferred to third parties and are issued solely for the named patient.
You must provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health. We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not guaranteed. We may decline to issue a repeat prescription if your clinical assessment indicates it is not appropriate.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other approved payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. In the event that a prescription cannot be issued following clinical assessment, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is subject to the availability of the prescribed medication. All orders are sent in discreet, secure packaging via a tracked delivery service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the medication has not been dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy law and for patient safety reasons.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at the details provided on our website. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days.
